Returns and Refunds

Bounty Boxes cannot exchange or refund goods due to the perishable nature of food and wines, so please place your order carefully.

A full refund will be issued where required by Australian Consumer Law (i.e. in the circumstance of a major fault).

Goods Damaged on Delivery

Bounty Boxes is not responsible for goods damaged in transit but will consider any claims made if they are made within 24 hours upon delivery of goods.  Your claim must be supported by photographic evidence.  If you wish to claim your order as damaged on delivery, please email us photo’s of the damaged goods.


Cancellations will only be accepted if we have not yet processed your order. (Note, most orders are processed immediately upon receipt of your payment.
